Like it or not, Google dominates the SEO space and its algorithms dictate how and where your website is ranked.
One of the most powerful components of your Google Business Profile (GMB) are Reviews. While it’s relatively straightforward to post a review when you have a Gmail account, it’s not so clear how to do so if you only have a Hotmail, Yahoo, AOL or other non-Gmail mailbox.
Here’s the process to go about submitting a review for a business listed on Google, without having a Gmail account.
Step 1 – Go to the Google Business page you want to post the review for and select “Write a Review”
Step 2 – You will be prompted to enter your google Email and Password. Bypass this by clicking ‘Create Account’.
Step 3 – Enter your name and press ‘Next’

Step 7 – Google will prompt you to confirm your non-Google address and phone by sending codes that you will need to verify to proceed. Once you have authenticated your non-Google mail account, you will be able to submit a review.
As you can see, it is possible to submit a review on Google even if you don’t have a Gmail account.
